• Function description:
  1. Shuttle automatic mode: after the mode controller triggers the start (the common end and the enable input end touch), the motor will automatically move back and forth between the forward rotation limit and the reverse rotation limit. Until the trigger stops the input.
  2. Single engine touch mode: after this mode is triggered, the motor will stop when it encounters the forward rotation limit. If it is triggered again, the motor will reverse. When it encounters the reverse rotation limit, the motor will stop. Trigger the starting motor again to repeat the forward rotation cycle.
  3. Single round trip mode: after this mode is triggered, the motor will turn forward, stop when it encounters the forward rotation limit, and then start to reverse, and stop when it encounters the reverse rotation limit.

  1. The controller is a general-purpose stepping motor and servo motor controller. General stepper motor driver and servo motor driver can be matched and controlled regardless of motor size.

  This controller uses the common male connection method:

  2. Limit switch button switch
  The mechanical switch, button switch, limit switch, foot switch, etc. are of two wire normally open type. One pin is connected to the common end, and the other pin is connected to the corresponding start, stop, forward and reverse rotation limit and other input ports.
  Electronic switches such as photoelectric switch, proximity switch and hall switch need to use DC24V three wire normally open NPN type. The two lines are power lines, which are directly connected with the controller power supply; The other is a signal wire, which is directly connected to the corresponding input ports such as start, stop, forward and reverse rotation limit.
  3. External potentiometer
  External speed control potentiometer requires resistance value less than or equal to 10K, and power is not required. The connection of the external potentiometer only needs to connect the middle pin and the side pin to the external speed control input terminal of the common terminal.

  When commissioning the controller for the first time, it is required to connect the controller and driver, motor and power supply, and then connect a short section of wire at the common terminal. After power-on, use the other end of the wire to start and stop the input port to simulate the function of the switch, so that after debugging the various functions are normal, connect the switches step by step, and connect the external potentiometer and other accessories.
